Limiting beliefs are the false ideas you were taught, picked up, or otherwise subconsciously adopted. They become personal “truths” through constant repetition (consciously or subconsciously).
To be your best self, you have to clear the limiting beliefs holding you back from your path.
What thought, fear, idea, or struggle may be slowing you down or keeping you from moving forward?
